1. AS-IS & AS-AVAILABLE DATA:
   All intelligence feeds, JSON payloads, and API deprecation metadata provided by Botopia and LOTG Labs are collected via automated web scraping and algorithmic parsing. All data is served strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. STRICT LIABILITY CAP (MAX RECOVERY):
   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of LOTG Labs, Botopia, its founders, or affiliates for any claims, disputes, losses, or damages arising out of or related to the use of this service shall be strictly capped at the actual total amount paid by the user or agent to Botopia during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim (e.g., $0.07 or $0.14 USD).

3. WAIVER OF INDIRECT & CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
   In no event shall LOTG Labs or Botopia be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to lost profits, service disruptions, failed software deployments, agent hallucinations, or business losses—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. NO-REFUND POLICY FOR MICROPAYMENTS:
   All $0.07 USD micropayment queries and pre-funded credit balance top-ups are non-refundable once an HTTP request or MCP tool call has been executed against agents.lilaonthegrid.com.

5. MANDATORY HUMAN & AGENT VERIFICATION:
   Botopia provides direct documentation URLs (documentation_url) inside every JSON record. Autonomous agents, SecOps bots, and human developers are solely responsible for independently verifying critical deprecation timelines and breaking changes on official vendor documentation prior to executing code modifications, infrastructure migrations, or breaking updates.

6. ACCEPTANCE BY QUERYING:
   Executing an HTTP request, MCP tool invocation, or API key query against agents.lilaonthegrid.com constitutes immediate and full acceptance of these terms.
